An established and fast-growing professional services firm is seeking a strategic, operationally minded Director of HR Strategy and Operations to join its HR leadership team. Reporting to the CHRO, this individual will serve as a critical internal partner and operator, working closely with business and advisory leaders to align people operations with broader organizational goals. This role will drive the infrastructure, systems, and team performance that enable business scale while delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- People Operations & Business Enablement
Serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO and senior leadership, turning business growth objectives into scalable people strategies and execution plans.
Collaborate with practice and business unit leaders to deliver tailored solutions that support performance, integration, and growth.
Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on workforce planning, talent deployment, and organizational effectiveness.
- Organizational Design & Integration
Lead integration efforts for newly acquired or onboarded teams, ensuring alignment in systems, culture, and employee experience.
Guide organizational design initiatives that define team structures, decision-making frameworks, and role clarity to support scale.
- People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence
Champion a data-driven culture by embedding workforce analytics into strategic decision-making.
Deliver actionable insights using workforce data to inform executive priorities such as talent planning, engagement, and retention.
Advance the maturity of people metrics and dashboards for predictive analysis and scenario modeling.
- Employee Experience & Lifecycle Strategy
Oversee onboarding and offboarding strategies that support long-term engagement and reflect business priorities.
Ensure operational processes are streamlined, scalable, and aligned with a high-performance culture.
Partner with HR systems teams to ensure tools and platforms enhance both business outcomes and the employee experience.
- Team Leadership & Development
Lead and grow a high-performing team of experts across people analytics, onboarding, HR systems, and integration.
Develop team capabilities to support ongoing business needs and long-term HR strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in operational strategy and HR execution, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
Experience scaling HR infrastructure in a high-growth or complex organization.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Proven ability to develop teams in fast-paced, evolving environments.
