Responsibilities
Partner with senior executives and HR teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
Translate business strategies into effective talent strategies, fostering an inclusive culture.
Lead talent-related initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, recruitment, retention, and risk assessment.
Provide executive coaching and develop innovative HR solutions.
Lead enterprise-wide HR projects and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Inspire and develop your HR team through coaching and leadership.
Qualifications Basic:
High School Diploma or equivalent
7+ years of HRBP or HR consulting experience
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
MBA or Master’s Degree
Experience with Engineering or Product Management
HR Certifications
9+ years of relevant experience
