The histocompatibility laboratory operates 24/7 and provides services to University Hospital, Ross Heart Hospital, The James Cancer Center, Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Lifeline of Ohio Organ Procurement Organization. The Director is responsible for the overall management of the histocompatibility laboratory, quality of operations and services, and budget management; represents the university at local, regional and national levels as a liaison with professional organizations.
