About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Director, GTM Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of our Go-to-Market (GTM) technology portfolio. This critical role will oversee the applications that power our Sales and Pre-Sales teams, directly influencing revenue growth and sales productivity. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Applications - Sales, you will be the key technology partner for our  Revenue Operations  team. You'll lead a team responsible for implementing and managing enterprise platforms, including  Salesforce Sales Cloud , sales forecasting solutions like  Clari , and innovative  AI/GenAI  tools. Your leadership will ensure our technology ecosystem is scalable, strategically aligned with business goals, and delivers measurable outcomes. Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership: Act as a primary IT business partner for  Revenue Operations , building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and shape our long-term GTM technology strategy.
Partner with business leaders and Enterprise Architecture to influence critical technology and services procurement decisions.
Define and drive the multi-year roadmap for GTM applications, ensuring it aligns with our enterprise architecture and vision.
Portfolio & Program Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of our GTM applications, from demand management and project prioritization to operational support and performance tracking.
Lead the planning and execution of major transformation initiatives, ensuring projects meet agreed-upon objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
Manage a multi-million-dollar budget, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on delivery performance, application utilization, and costs.
Team Leadership & Organizational Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of delivery leaders, solution architects, and business analysts.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation.
Drive strong collaboration with cross-functional and shared service teams to achieve collective goals.
About You Basic Qualifications: • 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years leading enterprise business applications in a global environment. • 15+ years of experience implementing and managing GTM platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Xactly, Clari, integration technologies, or equivalent). • 15+ years of knowledge in enterprise architecture, SaaS/cloud platforms, integration patterns, and data management. Other Qualifications: • Ability to lead large, cross-functional programs and manage multi-million-dollar budgets. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience building and developing high-performing, geographically distributed teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
