You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to build strong pipelines, elevate the graduate student experience, and ensure a seamless path from inquiry to enrollment. What You'll Do Lead admissions and recruitment initiatives that showcase UHD's graduate programs across Houston and beyond. Design and deliver outreach strategies — from graduate fairs to corporate partnerships to digital campaigns — that inspire prospective students to take the next step. Cultivate relationships with employers, undergraduate institutions, and professional associations to build strong enrollment pipelines. Partner with academic departments to highlight program strengths and guide students seamlessly from inquiry to enrollment. Coach and inspire your team, ensuring they deliver an exceptional experience to every prospective student. Use data and trends to refine strategies and drive measurable results. What We're Looking For A bold, strategic leader who can energize recruitment efforts and deliver results. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in graduate or higher-ed admissions and recruitment. The ability to think creatively and act strategically in a competitive enrollment market. Strong leadership skills, with a knack for motivating teams and building partnerships. Excellent communication and presentation abilities that connect with audiences of all kinds.
