Job Summary: This role is a senior-level marketing professional responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies across various platforms, primarily focusing on social media. This role involves creating compelling content, engaging target audiences, and driving brand growth through strategic social media engagement. Job Expectations: Formulating and executing content strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including identifying target audiences and crafting compelling narratives. Social Media Management: Overseeing the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across various social media platforms. Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing content performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure effectiveness. Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring a team of content creators, social media managers, and other relevant professionals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, communications, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Industry Trend Monitoring: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content marketing. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required: The ability to develop and execute long-term content and social media strategies. Content Creation: A strong understanding of various content formats, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective best practices. Data Analysis: The ability to track and analyze content performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders and audiences. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple content projects and deadlines. Leadership and Team Management: The ability to lead and motivate a team of content creators and social media professionals. Equipment Knowledge: Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social). Proficiency in content creation platforms Familiarity with Google Business Suite, project management tools (Asana), and emerging social technologies. Experience Requirements: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a global eCommerce environment. Demonstrated experience leading social media campaigns at scale, driving engagement, and increasing ROI. Proven track record of managing influencer partnerships and social commerce initiatives. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
