Qualifications

10+ years of experience in People/HR strategy, with proven leadership in global organizations.
Strong expertise in employee experience, inclusion, and engagement strategies.
Demonstrated success advising senior leadership and influencing organizational change.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary (range varies by location:
Chicago $262,100 - $314,500
Washington, DC $271,300 - $325,600
New York $278,700 - $334,400
