About the Role
The Director, Global Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a global marketing strategy that strengthens brand positioning, supports revenue growth, and increases market awareness across key regions and channels. This role will lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and strategic partnerships, while ensuring consistent messaging and a strong customer experience throughout the funnel. The position will oversee marketing performance reporting, manage budgets, and collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, product, and client-facing teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. Additionally, this leader will guide and mentor a marketing team, drive innovation in go-to-market execution, and continuously optimize programs using data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' progressive marketing leadership experience, including ownership of global strategy and team management within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Proven success in building and scaling multi-channel marketing programs, supporting new product launches, and driving measurable pipeline and brand outcomes is required. Strong expertise in brand development, demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing analytics is essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Candidates should be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing agency partners or external vendors, and operating with a strategic mindset while remaining hands-on when needed. A bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is a plus.
