Global Director, Compensation Must be based or willing to relocate to Miami, FL We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Director of Compensation to lead the design, development, and execution of our global compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, competitive, and compliant compensation structures across multiple countries and regions, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices. This leader will play a critical role in driving equity, consistency, and performance through compensation strategies that support business growth and talent retention worldwide. Responsibilities: Develop and execute global compensation strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth. Design and manage compensation frameworks including base pay, incentive plans, equity programs, and recognition initiatives across diverse geographies. Conduct regular market benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure compensation programs remain attractive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leadership to drive alignment between compensation strategy, workforce planning, and financial forecasting. Oversee the administration of compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and fairness across all employee levels and regions. Provide strategic guidance to HR business partners and leaders on job evaluations, salary structures, promotions, and pay-for-performance practices. Monitor global regulatory and compliance requirements related to compensation, ensuring policies and practices adhere to all applicable labor laws. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by staying current on global compensation trends, emerging practices, and evolving workforce expectations. Manage and develop compensation team members, fostering a high-performance culture and building organizational capability in total rewards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in global compensation, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in compensation design and administration across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC, etc.). Proven ability to develop global frameworks while balancing local market nuances. Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with senior executives. Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, global organization.
