This role will be responsible for legal work supporting the derivatives-trading activity of our sponsored funds, including the drafting and negotiating of International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) agreements and related documentation. This role requires a working knowledge of certain derivatives, including the applicable regulatory frameworks and market practices. This role also requires strong negotiation and communication skills. This role will provide impactful support to our pooled investment funds and will have significant opportunities for professional development, working alongside a team of attorneys and other professionals within the Funds Group.****The Funds Group****Arrowstreet sponsors a number of pooled investment funds, each managed according to one of our offered investment strategies.
