Job Summary Administrative leader in charge of day-to-day operations of our Pain Management and Therapy Program at Unifour Pain Treatment Center. COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers. Essential Functions New business development
Personnel management
Management of labor and supply budgets on a weekly/monthly and annual basis
Maintain effective clinical and administrative workflow.
Design and implementation strong recruitment and retention plan for staff and providers
Management of staff development and training/education programs
Work closely with providers and Medical Director to ensure that all quality and safety measures are in place for positive outcomes.
Appropriate escalation of patient, staff and provider concerns to risk management and Patient Safety Officer
Development and implementation of appropriate growth and outreach initiatives to promote clinic services and surgical interventions. Benefits - Wide range of benefits options! Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree required Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years leadership experience Certification: BLS required Job
