Overview

This position is in the Office of Human Resources Management, Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary for Administration, Office of the Secretary. The Director of Human Resources Management and Chief Human Capital Officer has Department-wide responsibilities for the development, administration and oversight of policies and programs for human resources administration and oversight of policies and programs for human resources management, worker's compensation and safety.
