The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for providing leadership to a team of finance professionals and advising upper management on planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the Company’s financial performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or MBA preferred Minimum of ten years experience in Accounting/Financial Field Experience with financial consolidation and presentation preparation is a plus Experience with Workday, Report Writing software, Adaptive, and/or Office Connect preferred Responsibilities/Duties Lead the consolidation and preparation of annual forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans Lead monthly finance operating reviews with the SVP of FP&A and CFO Prepare financial statements for internal and external audiences Develop financial presentations for Board, Player, and Sponsor meetings Analyze potential business deals, new ventures, and programs from a financial perspective Research industry benchmarks Maintain current financial reports and support ad hoc requests Handle special projects and other duties as assigned About Us The PGA TOUR is renowned for golf excellence and philanthropic leadership, supporting over 3,000 charities.
