A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Director of Field Operations is a champion of Blattner culture, standard work methods, standard work instruction, work plans, quality, safety, continuous improvement, and employee empowerment and development.
Leads the work of General Superintendents and their respective trades (installation, electrical, civil, commissioning, grading & structures), ensuring all craft activities at the project sites are performed to the standard work methods and best-in-class safety and quality standards.
Leads in the development and implementation of technical training and field leadership training/development for the business unit.
Ensures the execution of goals that support the Business Unit's strategy and objectives.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combinations of education and work experience required.
Managerial Experience - Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and supervising construction teams. General Experience - Minimum of 15 years of construction experience.

Compensation: $179,182.00 - $259,815.00. Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
