Director Of Field Marketing
The Director of Field Marketing ensures that corporate-owned Take 5 shops deliver on our brand promise while serving as innovation labs for the entire system. This role is equal parts strategist and operator: translating national campaigns into local wins, testing new ideas, and ensuring every corporate shop is optimized to drive Cars Per Day (CPD). The Director manages a Senior Manager of COSC Field Marketing and partners closely with operations leaders to unlock growth, proving out best practices that can be scaled across the brand. Key Responsibilities
Grand Openings at Scale Plan and execute campaigns for new corporate shops to drive day-one traffic and awareness.
Shop Performance Optimization Partner with regional operations to diagnose barriers and deploy local marketing solutions that lift CPD.
Innovation Engine Test new tactics (digital pilots, promotions, community engagement) and evaluate scalability across the system.
Brand Consistency Ensure corporate shops execute against brand standards and deliver the Take 5 customer promise.
Insights & Reporting Provide actionable insights to marketing leadership, surfacing best practices that influence broader field marketing playbooks.
Qualifications
Must be able to work in the United States, on an on-going basis, without sponsorship.
7+ years in field, retail, or multi-unit marketing (corporate or franchise experience strongly preferred).
Proven success executing local marketing plans that delivered measurable growth.
Business acumen with budget ownership or P&L exposure a plus.
Strong operator partner; builds trust with field and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communicator who can make insights actionable for both leadership and shop-level teams.
Bachelor's degree required.
