JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead team responsible for development, integration, implementation of new features, and maintaining and/or refactoring of existing code across the D365 platform, while working within the limits of the business requirements, specifications, cost, and timelines. Review and approve product development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, within the Finance and Operations and Commerce
Platforms
Design and review architecture of the new features and components. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for reported issues and enhancement needs of the product including configuration, design, integration needs and/or the development. Create development estimates and perform code reviews. Implement full life cycle Dynamics D365 F&O (Finance and Operations). Provide leadership to the development team on a day-to-day basis. Provide training, configuration, and support of the D365 product and the integration tools within the platform. Provide training on NET, C#, X++, Azure, SQL server, SSRS, SharePoint, Data Migration, and Dynamics 365 Configuration manager. Assign development tasks to 15 contractors (Software Developers), finalize solution design, review the code, validate SQL schemas and estimates, involve them in performance optimizations, and assist with security compliance.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or directly related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible and related experience that must include:
5 years of experience in each of and utilizing the following: full life-cycle implementation of D365/Dynamics AX F&O and Commerce experience; .NET; C#; X++; SQL server; SSRS; and SharePoint. 3 years in each of and utilizing the following: managerial experience; System Integration design experience; and planning, completing and validating Data Migration.
Experience may be gained concurrently.

Pay Range: $195,000 to $215,000
