About the opportunity
Teads is looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to own and lead the enablement for our Performance Solutions. While not directly holding a book of business, this senior role is critical to delivering and growing top-line performance revenue. The person will primarily focus on the North American market while working in close collaboration with a European-based peer. The person will be embedded in a global Product, Marketing, and Ops team and will enable the American Sales and Account Management teams.

What will you do?
Own and lead the Performance enablement for the North American Sales and Account Management teams, driving adoption and revenue growth for Teads' performance solutions.
Train former branding-oriented Sales teams on Teads' performance narrative and products based on global processes and best practices
Partner closely with Sales teams to identify client opportunities, shape strategic recommendations, and support deal execution.
Provide pro-active support for RFPs, pitches, including client facing meetings
Systematically collect feedback from customers, sellers, and account managers as basis to continuous improvements of Teads' products, pitch, and go-to-market approach
Monitor the performance and success of delivered campaigns working closely with the local Account Management team
Support the launch of new products and features in the North American market covering the whole go-to-market strategy
What will you bring to the team?
5-7+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong background in performance media and strategic sales
Demonstrated success in growing performance revenue
Proficiency in successfully launching new products based on a go-to-market strategy
Strong client-facing skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to translate insights into action
Experience working with global teams and strong communication skills
Experience in cross-functional roles, ideally in a media company, agency, or ad tech environment.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and enjoys team collaboration.
Bonus Points
Experience with omnichannel campaigns, including CTV, mobile, and web
Background in marketing or product marketing functions
Knowledge of self-serve platforms and with major DSPs
The pay range for this position is USD $140,000 to $200,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads' total rewards package.
