You will oversee supply planning activities for your product families in the business unit. You will also be responsible for supporting the supply review process and interactions with the cross-functional teams.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage a supply planning team responsible for the category/business unit supply planning review process of the integrated business planning process
Lead the monthly supply review process, specifically facilitating the category/business unit supply review with stakeholders in the integrated supply chain function
Ensure business agreement on the supply of the plan, capacity constraints, raw and pack risks and its cost for the future 12-18-month timeline
Support the 18-36-month strategic capacity plan
Support the interaction with demand planning, manufacturing, business development and finance
Manage, coach and develop a team
Drive continuous capability building in the supply planning team for planning improvement
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment
Open to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systems
Significant experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle
Strategic agility, able to drive for cross-functional results by proactively understanding and managing key issues and success criteria, and prioritizing accordingly
Project personal maturity and tact to effectively work with cross-functional team members to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity
Strong senior leadership influencing skills and organizational agility. Able to build effective teams
Knowledgeable of leading practice demand planning and supply chain concepts
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills
Education / Certifications:
Master's degree is preferred. Bachelor's degree is required

Salary:
The base salary range for this position is $141,000 to $211,500; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
