Job Title: Director, Software Engineering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Employment Status: W2 Only Quantity: 2 Openings Location: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days/week) - Irving, TX OR Chicago, IL Summary Our client is seeking two Directors of Software Engineering Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the design, customization, and delivery of enterprise-grade Dynamics CRM solutions. Each director will specialize in one of the following modules: Operations & Service (not Finance & Operations) Marketing (strong Sales/Pricing experience may substitute) These are hands-on leadership roles requiring deep Dynamics 365 expertise, strong technical backgrounds, and proven experience in solution architecture, platform management, and vendor oversight . The environment is collaborative, with emphasis on teamwork, leadership, and culture fit. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 47 Dynamics developers, analysts, and QA engineers. Oversee technical architecture, customization, and solution delivery for assigned Dynamics CRM modules. Manage environment setup, vendor relationships, and platform operations. Guide technical design, backlog prioritization, and execution of new features. Serve as escalation point for production issues and ensure solution quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Architecture, and Cloud Ops teams. Promote innovation and use of AI tools for productivity and development efficiency. Qualifications 7+ years of enterprise application development experience; 3+ years in leadership roles. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM . Expertise in Operations & Service or Marketing module. Technical proficiency with: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Custom APIs/Connectors Azure DevOps (ADO) for pipelines, backlog, and CI/CD. Dataverse, Dynamics data structures , and integration patterns . SQL Server for querying and analysis. Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills. No P&L responsibility; focus is on technical delivery and people leadership. Preferred Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solutions Architect (or similar). Prior experience implementing or migrating from Salesforce to Dynamics CRM . #Tech
