This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit –

What you´ll do Define and execute the domestic transportation strategy for NAMX in alignment with business objectives.
Oversee daily transportation execution across NAMX, ensuring adherence to KPIs (on-time performance, cost per unit, claims, etc.), addressing escalations, and supporting operational excellence initiatives.
Lead carrier selection, performance reviews, and relationship management to ensure service reliability, cost control, and capacity assurance in collaboration with the procurement teams
Develop and manage the domestic transportation budget, track variances, and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising service.
Partner with warehousing, supply planning, customer service, and international transportation teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
Lead, mentor, and develop the domestic transportation team, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on engagement, skill-building, and succession planning.
What makes you a good fit Bachelor's Degree required and Master Degree preferred

The salary for this role is $113,000.00- $138,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
