Responsibilities As the Director, Digital Strategy & Content Distribution for the CeraVe DMI (global team), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s global digital presence. Reporting to the SVP, Digital & Marketing, you’ll lead a team of five and oversee advocacy, influence, and content distribution strategies. Your responsibilities will include: Advocacy & Influence Leadership: Define the global grammar for advocacy and influencers, setting the standard for the entire L’Oréal Group. Strategic Campaigns: Lead advocacy and influence for 4 global tentpole campaigns, including digital activations for the World Congress of Dermatology and EADV Dermatology Congress. Talent & Dermatologist Relations: Manage one of the largest contractual influencer deals, oversee relationships with dermatologists, and negotiate special rates. TikTok & Community Management: Oversee CeraVe’s owned TikTok and Tom Allison’s TikTok, including paid media strategies and proactive community engagement. Conversion & Sales: Drive measurable results through advocacy and influence, ensuring alignment with business goals. We Are Looking For You’re a great match for this role if you have: A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or business. 9–12 years of experience Advanced expertise in campaign creation, content strategy, and 360° distribution. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. A self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Experience in KPI reporting and analysis. Competitive Salary: $140,000-$200,000 (based on location, experience, and skills). Medical, dental, vision, 401K, pension plan, and more.
