Salary:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and collaborative Director, Digital Media to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will oversee strategy, innovation, and performance management for integrated digital media campaigns, while also guiding a team and fostering strong cross-studio collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and videoalong with fluency in emerging AI tools that enhance audience targeting, creative optimization, and performance analysis.



Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Media Strategy: Develop and oversee integrated paid digital strategies that align with client business objectives, leveraging insights, audience research, and best practices.
  • Client Leadership: Serve as a primary digital media lead with clients and senior account teams, presenting recommendations, performance insights, and innovative approaches to drive results.
  • Campaign Oversight: Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, etc.), ensuring KPIs and ROI/ROAS targets are consistently met.
  • AI-Enhanced Media Execution: Leverage AI-powered platforms for predictive audience modeling, bid optimization, creative testing, and performance forecasting to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance & Insights: Oversee campaign measurement frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking, actionable analysis, and clear reporting for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Studio Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Content, Traditional Media, Social, and Insights teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
  • Innovation & Testing: Drive A/B testing and experimentation across creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies; champion the use of AI and emerging technologies to unlock performance gains.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners to ensure access to best-in-class capabilities.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and evolving best practices, including the role of AI in media strategy, sharing knowledge across the agency to inspire innovation.

What Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in paid media strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-channel campaigns focused on conversion, ROI/ROAS, and measurable business impact.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and programmatic DSPs.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-driven advertising tools (e.g., Performance Max, Advantage+ Shopping, predictive analytics models, AI-powered DSPs, or dynamic creative optimization platforms).
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience in data visualization and performance analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred; AI/ML or marketing analytics certifications are a plus.
