Digital Marketing Director

Centric Brands is a leading lifestyle brand collective that designs, sources, markets and sells high quality products in multiple segments. The Director, Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that boost traffic, generate leads, acquire new customers and drive sales across paid search, shopping, social, video and display for Favorite Daughter, Joe's Jeans, Hudson Jeans and Herve Leger. This involves overseeing campaign and media planning, budget management, customer and campaign insights, analytics, content creation, execution and decision making across programs. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, with deep expertise across the digital media landscape and a demonstrated history of driving measurable growth across channels. In addition, the ideal candidate is curious, proactive and resourceful, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Specific Responsibilities Would Include

  • Plan, develop and implement comprehensive paid search, shopping, social, video and display strategies to drive direct response and new customer acquisition.
  • Oversee keyword development, audience development, ad copy creation and testing, creative testing, bid and budget management as well as attribution modeling.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend allocation; maximize return on investment (ROI) while balancing short- and long-term growth goals.
  • Collaborate with planning, sales, brand marketing, CRM and creative partners to develop advertising strategies that align with product drops, promotional cycles, brand storytelling moments and seasonal campaigns.
  • Lead day-to-day agency communication, ensuring campaigns are executed on-brand, on-time and within budget; serve as the primary decision maker with the external agency.
  • Responsible for executing and/or overseeing all basic tactical execution and campaign audits. Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with external agency, development, ecommerce and data teams, ensuring data integrity and campaign reliability.
  • Develop a comprehensive A/B and multivariate testing program to enhance campaign performance, as well as improve engagement and ROI.
  • Create, refine and maintain daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to track program and campaign KPIs; monitor and report on insights, growth trends, and opportunities. Adjust strategies as needed to align with business objectives as well as channel and site goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and platforms (including AI-driven marketing solutions) and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer acquisition efforts; develop growth playbooks for new channels.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 8+ years of digital marketing and marketing analytics experience, with 3+ years focused in the apparel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets from $250K+.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, techniques and KPIs.
  • Solid knowledge of campaign tracking, tagging, web testing, customer behavior and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with managing campaigns within Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or Snapchat Ads Managers.
  • Must be hands-on, analytical and highly collaborative team member capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors, 3rd party systems, and processes.
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certification a plus.
  • Agency experience a plus.

Salary Range: $165,000-180,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
