This role involves working with internal and external groups to identify, design, and present new functionality, features, products and policies/procedures for electronic and open outcry trading, with focus on the growing retail community.The candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment at Cboe's new Chicago headquarters and trading floor. They will interact with top professionals in the derivatives industry and collaborate with technologists, business leaders, project managers, regulators, customers, brokers, and Market-Makers. The role involves identifying, evaluating and implementing innovations for trading functionality, products, processes and policies for electronic and floor-based platforms, focusing on U.S. options and to a lesser extent, CFE futures. The candidate will report to the Head of Derivatives Market Structure and work closely with internal teams and external partners. While the role currently does not include managing others, this may change.**Key Responsibilities:** **Qualifications:** 12 years of experience with 7 years of experience in U.S. derivatives markets or related areas. In-depth experience/management at a retail brokerage and thorough understanding of retail customer needs/activities a strong plus. Proven track record of success and impact working at an exchange, brokerage, Market-Making, technology or other type of firm within the industry, whether as practitioner or in product, project or team management role.
