As a Director, Demand Operations at JWP Connatix, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our programmatic ecosystem & revenue growth. This position supports our Platform Partnerships team, Publisher team, and our overall network operations, ensuring we maximize revenue opportunities and deliver operational excellence.

You will:

  • Support the Platform Partnerships team with partner onboarding, optimizations, A/B testing, and ongoing performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Publisher team to answer revenue-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify ways to increase publisher earnings.
  • Monitor and analyze the JWP Connatix network to identify trends, resolve issues, and execute proactive optimizations that grow revenue.

You'll be hands-on with programmatic data, partner management, and operational processes, ensuring that every part of our programmatic business is running efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Partnerships Support
- Partner with the Platform Partnerships team to onboard and configure new demand partners.
- Execute ongoing optimizations, pricing adjustments, and performance monitoring to ensure strong partner results.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and other experiments aimed at improving monetization and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the maintenance of partner integrations & activity through proactive communication and troubleshooting.
2. Publisher Revenue Support
- Serve as a go-to resource for publisher revenue questions and performance investigations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve revenue discrepancies or underperformance issues.
- Identify and implement optimizations to improve publisher yield and maximize revenue.
3. Network Monitoring & Optimization
- Continuously analyze and monitor the Connatix network for performance trends, anomalies, or opportunities for growth.
- Conduct discrepancy checks, enforce compliance standards, and maintain accurate internal pricing rules.
- Provide actionable insights and reporting to internal stakeholders, including the executive team.
- Lead advertiser-specific investigations in collaboration with the Demand Sales team.
4. Product & Process Improvement
- Provide feedback to the product team on feature enhancements and workflow improvements based on operational needs.
- Stay informed on industry developments, programmatic trends, and competitive benchmarks to inform strategy.
