Develops and implements strategic and tactical tools, resources and analytical support to enable financial decision-making for the entire health system. Supports the financial integration of data for John Muir Health and is seen as the expert in collecting, organizing, and analyzing critical data by creating, managing and continuous improvement of models that allow leadership to look at data across the business entities and business lines in the absence of general ledger support. The Director is the single source of this data analysis and reporting and supports the organizational strategy for business growth by serving as the key point of contact with external consultants and internal project groups. b.) Education: B achelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting or related area - Required

Experience At least seven years of experience in Decision Support or Financial Management in the Healthcare field, preferably in a hospital setting - Required

Work Shift: Exempt Salaried (United States of America) Pay Range: $176,276.00 - $264,415.00Salary Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area .
