Director, Data Analytics and Governance ADP is hiring a Business Intelligence, Director and Governance to support our Major Accounts Solutions (MAS) business unit. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to lead our organization's data strategy, governance framework, and analytics initiative. This role will be responsible for ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, secure, and leveraged effectively to drive business insights and strategic business decision-making. This role will support business leaders and provide them with insights to make data-driven decisions. The role will implement and manage business intelligence visualizations, standards, and insights through presentations. This role is an individual contributor supporting leaders to make data-driven decisions while being highly collaborative, working closely with senior leaders, key stakeholders and dotted line reports. To thrive in this role , you must have experience in business intelligence, building and designing Tableau dashboards, creating easy to interpret visualizations, and the ability to tell the story through presentations that make data come to life through actionable insights. Must have a passion for learning, data exploration, data analysis and data visualization and is ok rolling up their sleeves to get things done. Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of business analysts and managers to build a trusted, strategic, and business-focused practice. Build relationships with key stakeholders/leaders and navigate cross-functionally to deliver on priorities Interact with business partners to confirm information for accuracy Partner with ADP Corporate Governance to understand, establish, and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices within the MAS Organization Develop policies around data quality, access, retention, and security Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by business Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools for business users Translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations Drive adoption of data tools and foster a culture of data literacy across the organization Monitor and improve data quality to enhance the reliability of analytics outputs. Champion continuous improvement of data processes, governance models, and analytics capabilities Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and lead change management for the analytics team within the organization Qualifications 8+ years’ experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Think-Cell, Databricks, Alation, SQL) Strong expertise with business strategy and supporting organizations making data-driven decisions Advanced skills in data visualizations, clear data storytelling, and creating actionable and meaningful insights from data Possess excellent written communication, analytical and story-telling skills with ability to present complex concepts simply and clearly to management, team members, and non-technical audiences using PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (Advanced Proficiency) Excellent interpersonal and two-way communication skills Project Management experience leading multiple workstreams Coach and develop junior team members Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or MBA/Advanced degree in business intelligence/analytics or similar field Change management and large-scale transformation experience Experience building out an analytics function at another organization Advanced competency in SQL Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint with Think-Cell to create compelling presentations with insights Demonstrated ability to motivate teams towards high levels excellence and standards Desire to continuously learn new technology and lead change management Feel very comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating uncertainty Proactive self-starter who can hit the ground running immediately A college degree is great but not required.
