What you’ll Do Co-pay by Doceree
is a game-changing solution that enables pharmaceutical brands to seamlessly activate, manage, and optimize their affordability programs directly within the HCP workflow. Powered by the industry’s largest structured database of co-pay and affordability offers, it provides real-time access to savings information at the point of prescription – empowering providers to support patients when it matters most. With a unified view for all stakeholders, Co-pay by Doceree turns affordability into a strategic, measurable lever for brand performance – driving better access, adherence, and patient outcomes.
As the
Director – Customer Success (Co-Pay)
, you will own relationships with our largest pharma clients, leading the end-to-end execution of brand-direct co-pay programs. From onboarding through activation, performance reporting, and renewals, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring client success and driving business growth.
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for all
co-pay program activations
,
client
onboarding
, and internal coordination Manage
strategic relationships
across multiple brands, ensuring alignment, adoption, and satisfaction Deliver
performance reporting and insights
, turning data into actionable recommendations Partner with
Sales
to drive
renewals
, identify
upsell opportunities
, and expand accounts Collaborate
cross-functionally
with Product, Engineering, Data, and Strategy teams to ensure flawless execution Oversee
onboarding and configuration of new programs on the co-pay platform Champion long-term
client retention, engagement, and program expansion
Who You Are 7+ years of experience in
Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Management
, with direct experience supporting
pharmaceutical clients Deep expertise in
Patient Access, Support Solutions, and Affordability Messaging
– preferably at an
Affordability or Hub Services vendor Strong understanding of the
pharma commercialization
landscape, including
co-pay programs, adjudication processes, and hub services Proven ability to manage senior
stakeholders
and deliver value across the entire
program lifecycle Hands-on experience leading complex
program implementations
, from
onboarding to optimization Highly
analytical
and insights-driven, with strong
communication
skills to influence both
internal and external stakeholders Collaborative
