We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director, Customer Success BI to lead our internal BI function for our Grow business. This role will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear business insights, and be responsible for leading a team delivering actionable intelligence across revenue optimization, and business analytics.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Operations, this role is based in San Francisco, California.
The main partners of this role include the Chief Revenue Officer of Grow, and their direct reports. Additional stakeholders include SVPs/VPs of the product team within Grow, and other cross-functional leaders across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the Customer Success BI function end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and stakeholder management across product, sales, and marketing.
- Partner with executive leadership to define KPIs, dashboards, and data models that guide business decisions and measure success.
- Drive analytical insights, and build and maintain scalable BI infrastructure in partnership with data engineering (Looker, Tableau, SQL, dbt, Snowflake, etc.).
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to support business planning, and develop processes for data governance, quality assurance, and self-serve analytics.
- Manage and grow a high-performing team of analysts and BI developers.
- Stay ahead of AdTech and analytics trends, bringing innovation into our analytics capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data strategy — with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
- Prior experience in AdTech, MarTech, programmatic advertising, or digital media is required.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode.
- Experience working with large data sets and modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Redshift).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — ability to influence non-technical stakeholders with data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-impact, insight-driven projects.
You Might Also Have
- Familiarity with core games industry vernacular and business processes.
- MBA or advanced degree in analytics, data science, or business is a plus.
