Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and lead the customer marketing playbook, ensuring consistent planning and execution across retail, Pro, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer channels.
Translate corporate and BU strategies into tailored customer programs that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
Design differentiated marketing strategies for retail partners (Amazon, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, Menards) and Pro channels (dealers, installers, distributors, contractors).
Ensure Pro marketing supports trade-up initiatives, upsells to connected devices, and service adoption.
Partner with Integrated Marketing, Lifecycle/CX, and Creative to design customer journeys anchored in audience insights, service tiers, and purchase behavior.
Lead development of retailer- and Pro-specific campaigns, including merchandising, selling collateral, co-op marketing, and training programs.
Own the “pre-during-post” big moment calendar (Prime Day, Black Friday, Pro appreciation events, product launches), ensuring alignment across media, promotions, and merchandising.
Build best-in-class retail media programs that maximize ROI across Amazon, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and other key partners.
Partner with Sales and Channel teams to create Pro marketing toolkits (collateral, quick-turn sales decks, digital tools) that enable distributor and dealer success
Benchmark investment and creative approaches against industry standards to optimize spend.
Serve as primary marketing liaison to GTM, Retailer Sales Teams, and Pro Channel Sales Teams for customer- and channel-specific programs.
Lead a team of managers/specialists focused on retail media, Pro engagement programs, and channel execution.
Drive simple, repeatable ways of working across the org, reducing fire drills and ensuring creative consistency.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members.
Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company’s policies.
Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications.
Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CG mission, vision and values.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in customer, shopper, or retail marketing; experience with Pro/installer channels strongly preferred.
Proven success building marketing strategies with major retailers (Amazon, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, Menards) and with Pro/dealer networks.
Strong understanding of retail media, merchandising, promotions, e-commerce, and Pro sales enablement.
Experience managing multi-channel customer journeys (retail + DTC + subscription + Pro).
Analytical and financially rigorous; skilled at ROI analysis and budget stewardship.
Collaborative leader with ability to align stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams.
People leader with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Deep knowledge of customer marketing, e-commerce merchandising, PDP optimization, and conversion levers.
Strong analytical ability; able to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and digital media traffic drivers.
Strong collaboration skills; able to partner with Creative, and Integrated Marketing to ensure alignment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to balance multiple e-commerce channels and partners.

The pay range for this position is $159,500.00 - $257,000.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
