Director - Customer Integration and Compliance
PRIMARY PURPOSE :
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director to lead a high-performing team responsible for a broad range of technical and operational functions supporting managed care and bill review services. This role is pivotal in driving seamless implementations and sustaining technical excellence across platform(s) and vendor partnership(s). It also serves as a strategic liaison to IT, fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure platform(s) and system(s) remain aligned with regulatory compliance through targeted technical initiatives.
The Director will oversee project coordination and execution, reporting and analytics, vendor management, and client engagement, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational and technical excellence.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support implementations and platform configurations
Manage technical project execution and scope documentation
Oversee technical support functions including mailbox and ticket resolution
Direct reporting and analytic efforts
Maintain vendor relationships
Support client communications and technical aspects of service delivery
Drive special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).
Travels as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.
Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven leadership experience in technical operations, project management
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience managing vendor relationships and client-facing technical functions
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Ten (10) years of bill review experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Five (5) years of supervisory experience preferred.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $85,000 - $115,000/annually. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
