About the Team
At Holley Performance Brands, our Customer Experience Marketing (CXM) team is shaping the future of Holley's 360° digital retail experience. We help customers connect with the right products across Holley's brands, stores, distributors, and partners. Our goal is simple - create personalized, data-driven experiences that build lasting relationships between brands and their customers.
About the Role
Reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy, the Director, Customer 360 is the driving force behind Holley's CRM and customer data strategy. You'll lead efforts to modernize our data systems, build smarter personalization, and fuel growth across DTC and B2B channels. This role blends strategy and execution - from re-platforming CRM tools to optimizing customer lifetime value - as we scale DTC revenue from $150M to $300M over the next three years. You'll collaborate across marketing, sales, and service teams to make sure every customer interaction is powered by insight and automation.
What You'll Do
Lead Holley's Customer 360 strategy - modernizing our CRM tools, improving data quality, and building smarter personalization and automation. Use data to drive growth - track metrics like retention, lifetime value, and churn to guide smart decisions and help hit our $300M DTC goal. Support our B2B customers by making sure data segments are accurate, customer profiles stay clean, and personalized workflows deliver real results. Build scalable models for managing customer data that ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless connections across all channels. Partner with vendors and internal teams to integrate CRM platforms (like Klaviyo or HubSpot) and automate wherever possible. Build and mentor a high-performing digital team that's passionate about innovation and customer experience. Work closely with marketing, analytics, and eCommerce teams to align retention strategies with our broader growth goals. Test, learn, and optimize through A/B testing and experimentation to keep improving loyalty and repeat purchases. Stay ahead of trends in CRM, automation, and AI personalization - and bring those insights into the Holley ecosystem. Who You Are You've spent 8-10+ years leading CRM or retention marketing programs - ideally in eCommerce or DTC environments where you've driven serious growth. You're a data-driven leader who's comfortable digging into metrics like retention, lifetime value, and ROI - and using them to make smart calls. You know your way around CRM tools (like Klaviyo or HubSpot) and analytics platforms (SQL, Excel, GA, etc.), and you love finding ways to make them work smarter. You've led CRM re-platforming or system integrations and understand how to make complex data systems efficient, automated, and low-maintenance. You're a team builder who enjoys mentoring others and creating a high-performance, collaborative culture. You work well across teams - marketing, analytics, sales, vendors - and can connect the dots between strategy, execution, and outcomes. You're passionate about the automotive world and excited to build customer-first digital experiences that move the business forward. You communicate with confidence - you know how to share insights, influence leaders, and tell a data story that drives action. You've got a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus). Preferred Skills: Experience with automotive engine management products or the aftermarket industry, including knowledge of regulations and standards. Familiarity with advanced analytics tools like Power BI for dashboarding and media mix modeling. Proven success in Nashville-based digital hubs or building centers of excellence. Background in ABM, lead generation, or integrating CRM with paid media channels. Why Join Us: Opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic and growing company. Work with a passionate and dedicated team of professionals. Competitive salary and benefits package. Be at the forefront of automotive technology and innovation. Contribute to the success of Holley Performance Brands, a leader in the performance aftermarket industry.
