Position Title: Director of Corporate Warehousing

Reports To: SVP, Operations

Location: Required to work onsite from the Royal Cup HQ facility in Birmingham, AL. This is not a remote work position.

SUMMARY:
The Director of Corporate Warehousing reports to the SVP of Operations and provides strategic leadership for the company's warehousing network. This role oversees nine regional warehouses and is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving processes, and optimizing inventory management to ensure superior customer service and cost efficiency.

The Director will lead the development and execution of initiatives that align warehouse operations with organizational goals. This includes standardizing and enhancing processes across the network, implementing strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Additionally, this leader will be accountable for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), managing financial performance, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement across the warehousing function to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
