Key Responsibilities
Lead data harmonization across grants, sponsorships, awards, and health-focused initiatives.
Develop KPIs for impact reporting aligned with Gilead’s strategy and external ESG standards.
Implement systems and tools to track Corporate Responsibility performance, compliance, and reporting.
Collaborate with Corporate Affairs teams to streamline application review and evaluation processes.
Recommend and deploy technology solutions to enhance internal and external reporting efficiency.
Create training materials and SOPs to support onboarding and compliance.
Support stakeholder engagement efforts that reflect Gilead’s leadership in Corporate Responsibility.
Partner with Communications and Strategy teams to track and report Public Affairs KPIs.
Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Develop and manage grant reporting frameworks to measure performance and impact.
Produce dashboards and reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting from program teams.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
12+ years of experience in corporate responsibility, public affairs, or related fields with a bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a science-related field; advanced degree preferred OR
10+ years of experience, with a master's, in corporate responsibility, public affairs, or related fields.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor teams.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Familiarity with corporate responsibility measurement tools and software.
Experience in biopharma communications, advocacy, and reputation management.
Knowledge of disclosure regulations for publicly traded biopharmaceutical companies.

The salary range for this position is: $210,375.00 - $272,250.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
