This role has a key focus on advanced print production tools and systems to streamline workflows, enhance quality, and improve efficiency across all print marketing initiatives. Oversee the integration of data-driven marketing strategies, including creative briefing, audience segmentation, personalization, and cross-channel coordination, to maximize engagement and ROI. Collaborate with senior leadership and production teams to implement best practices, optimize print supply chain operations, and drive innovation in materials, formats, email templates and cost-effective solutions. Ensure continuous improvement in marketing processes, technology, and vendor management to maintain quality standards, operational excellence, and competitive differentiation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement creative strategies to drive consumer bookings from targeted direct mail campaigns, print marketing initiatives and email campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-channel owners and maintain strong communications with internal customers to align email, print and direct mail efforts with the company's strategic, financial, marketing and brand goals.
- Develop, oversee and manage the execution of all collateral projects, including direct mail programs, print advertising, onboard materials, and other physical marketing assets, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Direct email marketing team activities to past guests and prospects that drive engagement with the brand, traffic to the website, and revenue growth through acquisition, retention, cross-sell and up-sell
- In collaboration with Consumer Marketing Sr. Director, oversee direct mail and email segmentation strategies, personalization tactics and testing to maximize KPIs, response rates and ROI.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage print production timelines, cost efficiencies, and quality control across all direct mail and print materials.
- Monitor competitive landscape and communicate findings and recommendations to the Consumer Marketing Sr. Director, with a focus on direct mail, email marketing trends and print innovations.
- In collaboration with the Consumer Marketing Sr. Director, create executive-view monthly and quarterly insights decks for all marketing efforts, emphasizing prospecting strategies in direct mail, advertising, print, and email engagement metrics.
- Develop and review solid and data driven project briefs that provide clear direction, content, and product information for in-house graphic design, print production teams, and external print vendors.
- Identify and leverage new technologies to enhance marketing automation and streamline production, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Provide guidance to the reporting team, offering coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to enhance channel analytics and campaign evaluation.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for email, direct mail and print initiatives to maximize cost-effectiveness and performance.
- Manage media buy agency strategy ensuring alignment in print and digital strategies.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in direct mail, customer engagement, lifecycle marketing.
- Proven success in managing teams and achieving results in a fast-paced, data-driven marketing environment.
- Strong history of working with cross-functional teams including creative, analytic, operations, sales, and brand teams.
- Industry experience in travel, hospitality, or cruise marketing is a plus.
