Location: Philadelphia, PA or Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company to hire a Director, Commercial Optimization & Field Enablement. Our client is seeking a strategic and operational expert to lead their field team resource optimization. This opportunity is pivotal in shaping how the organization supports and scales field-based commercial efforts, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering tools + insights that drive performance. Responsibilities: Develop and manage field team allocation and territory alignment strategies Build and maintain tools and dashboards to support field execution and stakeholder engagement Ensure operational readiness and alignment of field tools with evolving commercial strategies Lead training and communication for field operations initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 10+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) Specialty Brand experience - endocrinology, cardiovascular, oncology, or rare disease preferred Note: Applicants who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered for this role.
