As Director of Commercial Operations, you will lead regional account management efforts, driving strategic growth and customer satisfaction across QuickSTAT’s specialized logistics services. This role is pivotal in shaping client relationships and delivering unified solutions that align with our global commercial strategy. How you create impact
You are the driving force behind strategic growth and client success in one of the most critical sectors—healthcare logistics. Your leadership ensures that life-saving materials reach their destinations safely, efficiently, and with unwavering precision. Lead and grow key customer accounts through strategic planning and execution. Drive regional sales strategies and support cross-functional teams to meet client needs. Represent QuickSTAT at trade shows and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and trust. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining strong engagement. Mentor on-site representatives, fostering business development and profitability. Coordinate global account strategies with other QuickSTAT sales organizations. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and ROI to inform decision-making and resource allocation. Develop and present quarterly business reviews and contribute to annual budgeting and planning. What we would like you to bring
8+ years of industry experience, preferably in sales to Contract Manufacturing Organizations, Contract Research Organizations, Central Labs, pharma, biotech, or personalized medicine. Bachelors Degree in business, accounting, or equivalent experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel up to 70% and work a flexible schedule to support 24/7/365 operations. Knowledge of Dangerous Goods/Restricted Article Regulations What's in it for you

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
