Your Role as Director

As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will hold a key senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery and quality of ABA services across clinic and home-based settings. Ensure high-quality services are delivered in the clinic and to home-based clients through monitoring clinic compliance.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Clinical Supervisors (BCBAs), RBTs, and Operations Managers to ensure high-quality service delivery and consistent client progress.
  • Supervise the completion of clinically sound assessments and treatment plans that meet HIPAA, BACB ethical standards, and 360 Human Services' guidelines.
  • Design and implement ongoing training focused on behavior protocols, data collection, progress monitoring, and family-centered interventions.
  • Conduct monthly audits of at least 10% of clinical records and 5% of staff hours to ensure compliance, identify barriers, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage timely completion of assessments and Treatment Authorization Plans (TAPs) within 72 hours, with active follow-up on any delays.
  • Monitor and rebalance caseloads to ensure optimal staff-client matching and clinical effectiveness.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs across quality, productivity, customer service, cost savings, and Net Promoter Scores.
  • Standardize utilization review workflows, authorization processes, and appeals procedures across multiple service lines.
  • Regularly report to executive leadership on performance metrics, operational risks, and strategic initiatives.

What You Will Bring
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required.
  • Must be BCBA certified; additional mental health licensure preferred.
  • 4+ years of clinical supervision experience.
  • Deep knowledge of BACB ethics, HIPAA, and payer authorization requirements.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
