Specific job responsibilities include: Responsibilities: Lead a team of over 200 non-exempt employees, ensuring optimal performance, engagement, and adherence to operational standards. Oversee management of high patient volumes, streamlining throughput to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and quality of care. Develop and mentor frontline managers, strengthening leadership capabilities and cultivating a robust talent pipeline to support organizational growth and succession planning. Drive strict adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements, ensuring operational excellence and minimizing organizational risk. Provide strategic leadership and direction with a focus on building engaged, high performing teams. Ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, timely and quality patient care at all times. Responsible for the day to day Clinical Operations Support Services. Partner with HR and the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment of Clinical Management & Operations Teams members. Responsible for fiscal management and cost efficiency by driving transformation and identifying workflow changes. Work closely with Clinical Quality, System Development and other cross functional teams to ensure active participation in continuous quality improvement activities. Evaluate, analyze, trend and communicate quality metrics according to the established performance standards – individual and team. Ability to effectively communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders. Support the Clinical Management & Operations Support Teams in their development. Establish good clinical practice that aligns with iRhythm culture of patient and quality first. Participate in the development of clinical functions that follow the iRhythm mission of using technology to provide simple and intuitive solutions for care delivery. Collaborate and strengthen partnerships with cross-functional areas to define, prioritize, and resource projects and initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school degree or GED required. Minimum 7 years management experience in the medical device, health care services, or other related industry experience required. Master of Health Administration or MBA Highly Preferred. Registered Nurse or equivalent role preferred. 5 years of experience in cardiac monitoring company or acute care setting such as Telemetry Unit, ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab or similar health care experience preferred. Recent cardiac experience with strong skills in cardiac rhythm detection preferred. Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum productivity and quality.
