Location: San Francisco, CA
Work arrangement: Hybrid (minimum 2 days in office in San Francisco)
Base pay range: $165,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of over 200 non-exempt employees, ensuring optimal performance, engagement, and adherence to operational standards.
- Oversee management of high patient volumes, streamlining throughput to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and quality of care.
- Develop and mentor frontline managers, strengthening leadership capabilities and cultivating a robust talent pipeline to support organizational growth and succession planning.
- Drive strict adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements, ensuring operational excellence and minimizing organizational risk.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction with a focus on building engaged, high performing teams
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, timely and quality patient care at all times
- Responsible for the day to day Clinical Operations Support Services
- Partner with HR and the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment of Clinical Management & Operations Teams members
- Responsible for fiscal management and cost efficiency by driving transformation and identifying workflow changes
- Work closely with Clinical Quality, System Development and other cross functional teams to ensure active participation in continuous quality improvement activities
- Evaluate, analyze, trend and communicate quality metrics according to the established performance standards – individual and team
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Clinical Management & Operations Support Teams in their development
- Establish good clinical practice that aligns with company's culture of patient and quality first
- Participate in the development of clinical functions that follow the company's mission of using technology to provide simple and intuitive solutions for care delivery
- Collaborate and strengthen partnerships with cross-functional areas to define, prioritize, and resource projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school degree or GED required
- Minimum 7 years management experience in the medical device, health care services, or other related industry experience required
- Master of Health Administration or MBA Highly Preferred
- Registered Nurse or equivalent role preferred
- 5 years of experience in cardiac monitoring company or acute care setting such as Telemetry Unit, ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab or similar health care experience preferred
- Recent cardiac experience with strong skills in cardiac rhythm detection preferred
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum productivity and quality
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a large group of hourly employees, fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and belonging
- Experienced at helping team members identify improvement opportunities and use their talents to achieve those goal; sees others’ potential and strengths and works to build on them.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to gain a deep understanding of the industry, market, and financials to effectively run daily operations
- Ability to identify opportunities for creative problem solving while staying within the parameters of good practice.
- Demonstrated ability to make timely, informed decisions that take into account the facts, goals, constraints, and risks.
- Highly collaborative; able to work within a matrix organization across functions and locations
