In this high-impact role, you will serve as the trusted advisor to executive leadership on all matters related to biomedical technology-helping shape the future of patient care through innovative, safe, and cost-effective equipment management. From procurement and compliance to team development and system-wide collaboration, you'll lead initiatives that directly improve care delivery and support clinical excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Shape strategy by developing long-term biomedical equipment plans backed by sound financial justifications.
- Lead system-wide initiatives to standardize policies, streamline operations, and centralize device lifecycle management.
- Oversee high-performing teams and service partners delivering equipment support across all facilities and departments.
- Collaborate with clinical and executive teams on equipment needs for new programs, expansions, and renovations.
- Drive efficiency through data, KPIs, and performance metrics-ensuring optimal staffing, uptime, and cost control.
- Champion compliance and safety, ensuring full alignment with CMS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
- Invest in people, by identifying training needs and equipping your team with the tools and support to grow and lead.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, or Clinical Engineering (required).
- 7+ years of experience in the biomedical service industry, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Expertise in a wide range of patient care equipment and service models.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinical operations.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, team leadership, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
Pay range and compensation package - $128,350.00 - $151,000.00 - relocation assistance
