Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Lead departmental strategy and guide execution of major accounts. Supervise Associate Directors and ensure alignment across account teams. Oversee implementation of performance standards, workflows, and service models. Partner with leadership across Engineering/Products, Programmatic Trading, and Media Planning, and Business Development to align on priorities. Monitor and improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Own departmental reporting and performance tracking. Facilitate professional development programs for client services staff. Serve as executive escalation point for complex client issues. Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and hiring decisions. Submit timesheet approvals and expense reports on time. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements 8+ years of client services experience in advertising, public affairs, or digital media, preferred. 4+ years in people management with oversight of managers and cross-functional teams, preferred. Demonstrated success scaling teams, improving systems, and driving results. Excellent strategic thinking, facilitation, and executive communication skills. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. DSPolitical is proud to offer: The base salary is $90,000 - $120,000 annually depending upon factors including, but not limited to, experience, skill level, education and location. Office Hours This position is based in Washington, DC however, we are open to remote work in other states. We work on a hybrid basis with many team members working entirely from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
