What You'll Do
We're looking for a Director, Client Portfolio Manager to join our Investment Solutions team. In this role, you'll contribute to the delivery of business results and lead a team for the OCIO business! Collaborate with others from across the organization to advance strategic initiatives, drive business enhancements, lead new business expansion and growth efforts
Manage large and complex client relationships and advisory engagements
Contribute to the creation of timely research, market intelligence, and thought leadership
Lead a team of OCIO client portfolio managers that work across client types (endowments, foundations, non-qualified, pension).

Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
8+ years of relevant experience, including proven success in roles such as client portfolio manager, commercial product specialist, investment consultant, investment strategist, or portfolio strategist, with demonstrated expertise navigating multiple market cycles
Demonstrated experience managing a client facing team
Experience with a successful track record of cultivating strong relationships with clients and constituents (advisors, consultants, investment committees, plan sponsors) and in the design, advising and management of multi-asset solutions for clients
Experience with LDI (liability driven investments)
Experience creating solutions across different client types including pensions, endowments, foundations, operating funds and non-qualified plans.
Experience with multi-manager & multi-asset class portfolios including alternatives, equities, and fixed income asset classes and other institutional investment strategies
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Achievement of a professional designation such as CFA, CAIA, FRM, CIMA, MBA or ASA/FSA
Strong understanding of capital markets, global economies, investment strategy, portfolio construction, risk models and asset allocation frameworks/models, the competitive landscape and regulatory environment
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Morningstar Direct, PFaroe, SEI Trust System, Salesforce and Power BI
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$174000 - $236000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

We're open to considering remote, in-office or hybrid talent. Locations for hybrid talent are Minneapolis, Des Moines, Charlotte, Chicago, or New York City. Preferred locations to be located with other team members are Minneapolis or Des Moines.
