Role Overview We are seeking a results-oriented and motivated professional who excels in team collaboration to deliver outstanding Cash Management products and services via Fidelity.com and our mobile app. This role focuses on the commercialization of FDIC Sweep and core accounts products within the Cash Solutions domain. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred. 8–12 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on banking, treasury, or cash management. Strong relationship management skills, comfortable working with senior leadership. Analytical and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset. Experience with multiple business units, vendors, and partners. Ability to manage complex processes, documentation, and regulatory standards. Strategic and execution skills to lead impactful programs. Excellent presentation, persuasion, and active listening skills. Experience managing vendor contracts and oversight. Key Responsibilities Manage bank partners and collaborate with internal teams. Support negotiation and review of legal contracts. Coordinate with technology, operations, treasury, and vendors for FDIC Sweep controls. Develop expertise in banking regulations relevant to sweep programs. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth using client-centered techniques. Lead measurement, analytics, and provide insights for leadership decisions. Define requirements, understand business needs, and write Agile stories. Participate in go-to-market strategies.
