Director of Case Management:

* $10K BONUS * Seeking an RN or Social Worker with strong Case Management background to lead a dynamic team

Qualifications: * Must be a Registered Nurse or Social Worker * Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years of Case Management experience (preferrably in an acute setting) * Bachelor's Degree Required * Prefer 2+ years supervisory/management experience * Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred * BLS Certified * Active FL License
