About the "Department"
In the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health, the cardiologists and patients are supported by a compassionate, educated and experienced staff of nurses, technologists and nuclear medicine technologists with a total of more than 150 years of experience in the field of cardiology.
The goal of the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health is to perform a diagnostic cardiac catheterization on every patient as precisely, thoroughly and efficiently as possible. The end result is a diagnosis that will lead to the best treatment possible while prolonging and improving the quality of life for each patient.
About The Career:
Functions as a leader in health care and as a part of the health care team. Responsible for the coordination of Cardiology services. Assist with the development of clinical services and hospital-wide strategic planning and follow through. The Director of Cardiology services will report to the Chief Clinical Officer. The Director will be responsible for managing and coordinating all cardiopulmonary services at Montrose Memorial Hospital.
The Director will be responsible for all employee oversight. Plans and develops program components such as equipment and personnel requirements.
All About You :
RCNT and/or RN required.
Minimum of three years clinical experience.
Must be ACLS certified.
Management experience is required.
