Key Responsibilities Manage the complete sales cycle — from outreach and prospecting to deal negotiation and close. Identify and convert opportunities in the programmatic advertising space, matching advertiser objectives with available inventory. Strengthen and expand relationships with demand-side platforms, agencies, and direct advertisers. Partner with internal teams to prepare proposals, optimize deals, and ensure campaign success. Represent the company at industry events, maintaining a strong presence in the ad tech community. Track performance using analytics tools and recommend adjustments to improve results. Qualifications Based in the United States. 3+ years in programmatic or digital advertising sales. Existing network within the ad tech ecosystem, including demand partners and technology vendors. Familiarity with private marketplace setups, programmatic guaranteed deals, and digital ad operations. Skilled in relationship building, consultative selling, and strategic account growth. The salary range for this position is $125,000 – $150,000 USD annually , depending on experience, plus benefits and incentives.
