The Director of Business Sales Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for Crate & Barrel's Business Sales division. This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle from product development and customization to corporate gifting and order fulfillment. This role ensures operational excellence through process design, systems integration, and collaboration with various teams. Key responsibilities include technology enablement, reporting, and forecasting to support growth. The Director builds a high-performing team and is a vital member of the Business Sales leadership, reporting to the General Manager, Business to Business.
