Director Business Partnerships, V for Victory (Nonprofit Sector) About Us: We are V for Victory, a proven and purpose-driven Jacksonville, Florida-based nonprofit committed to supporting those in our community battling cancer. We are about continuously building strong local partnerships to help provide essential daily support to our warriors in the fight for their lives. We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, executing growth strategies, and telling our story in a way that moves hearts and opens doors, creating lasting community impact. What You’ll Do: • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with community partners, sponsors, and donors to drive mission-aligned revenue. • Represent V for Victory at community events, meetings, and outreach opportunities—being our ambassador in the field. • Collaborate with internal teams to align development efforts with organizational goals. • Maintain and manage CRM and databases with precision and consistency. • Analyze and report on development metrics using Excel and other tools; share insights with internal and external stakeholders. • Contribute to development strategy through B2B outreach, especially within the nonprofit sector. • Experience in business development, sales, or nonprofit fundraising. • Confidence with database management, CRM systems, and nonprofit or project management platforms (experience with Monday.com and Excel strongly preferred). • A flair for clear, organized reporting—both written and verbal. • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse groups. • Passion for making a difference and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
