FDAM is building an investment platform offering digital asset products and services designed to meet the growing needs of Fidelity’s retail customers and intermediary and institutional clients. As the Director of Business Operations, you will have a significant impact on our ambitious goals! Reporting directly to the VP of Business Operations, you will implement business strategies and work with key partners across various functions, including compliance, legal, risk, technology, and the investment team. What will you be doing every day? You will lead digital asset product implementations, align cross-organization efforts, and develop roadmaps to deliver maximum value. Your role will also involve onboarding of new digital asset vendors and managing the review and execution of legal agreements. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
